Ordering Information


We are able to send most items within a few days. Please see our Delivery Information page for further details. An order confirmation email will be sent to you & a dispatch confirmation once the order is sent. If you do not receive this please check your junk email folder as sometimes email filters will send them here (particularly hotmail).

STATIONERY SAMPLES You can order 1 of any design, this will not be personalised but have generic text.

PRICES  Card prices include personalised text where quantity ordered is more than 20, where it is less than 20 there is an additional typesetting charge of £20. Prices include envelopes.

CUSTOM DESIGNS  We can vary designs, colours and fonts to your requirements, there is an artwork charge of between £25 – £75 for this service. Please let us know if you would like a quote.


1. Once we have received your order we will confirm it with you. If you need any help with wording please let us know, our samples have a formal style of wording but you may prefer the invitation to come from the bride and groom or have a more informal style. If you let us know the main details we can put the wording together for you for no extra charge.

2. We will produce a draft within 1-2 weeks and email as a PDF or send by post if required. Please check the draft carefully and confirm all details are correct.

3. We will then proceed with producing the order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your stationery order to be completed. If you do have any specific time requirements please let us know when ordering, we may be able to produce it more quickly.

OTHER SAMPLES  We regret that we do need to charge for other samples but you can order just one of any item initially before committing to a larger order. Please note that because the paper for the flowers and petals is hand-made, colours may vary between batches.


Paper flowers will last for years and years. Avoid keeping them in direct sunlight as this may fade the colour. To remove dust use either a hairdryer to blow off the dust or a vacuum on a very low setting, this should only need doing every few months.


PLACING AN ORDER You can order via our online website, by telephone or by post. Once we have received your order we will send you an acknowledgement by email. Occasionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will inform you promptly. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered.

SECURITY Our website is http secure (https) which enables private user communications, identity and web browsing. Payments are processed using the most up to date SSL technology, which meets the highest industry standards. This ensures that all your credit or debit card information is encrypted.  Additionally we use Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode.

PAYMENT Card payment can be made by Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or Solo. We also accept payment by cheque made payable to ‘Paper Tree’ or by bank transfer – please contact us for details.

GIFT RECIPIENTS We can send items to gift recipients for no extra charge, please choose this option and complete the details when checking out. We can also enclose a gift message – please specify when checking out.

RETURNS POLICY We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Products that are made to order cannot be returned or refunded except where damaged or faulty as covered in your statutory rights. Other refunds are at our discretion and we will only consider a refund if contacted before return and within 2 weeks of delivery. The customer is responsible for any costs in returning the item.
